StreamMSCTV Terms of Service

1. Service Overview
MSCTV provides IPTV, Internet access, and related services in exchange for applicable fees and compliance with the terms herein.
2. Acceptable Use
Account Holders agree to use services lawfully. Prohibited activities include:
- Transmitting copyrighted, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful material.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or services.
- Bulk messaging or spamming.
- Hosting FTP or file-serving platforms.
- Overuse of system resources (e.g., excess bandwidth or persistent processes).
- Resale or unauthorized sharing of MSCTV services.
MSCTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations.
3. Privacy & Data Handling
MSCTV collects, stores, and uses personal information per its [Privacy Policy](#). MSCTV disclaims control over transmitted content. Customers, especially parents, are advised that content on the IPTV platform may contain explicit material.
4. Equipment Ownership & Use
- Set-Top Boxes (STBs) remain property of MSCTV or its agents.
- Account Holders must keep STBs powered and connected at the installation address.
- Unreturned STBs after service termination will result in a $700 + tax charge per unit.
5. Billing & Payment
- Initial payment (installation + first month) is due upon activation.
- Subsequent payments are due monthly in advance.
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of all services.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
- Suspension halts service authentication.
- Termination permanently erases associated mail, files, and directories.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or mail.
7. Service Disclaimers
MSCTV does not guarantee uninterrupted service or data accuracy. Use of information or services is at the Account Holder’s risk. MSCTV disclaims warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Indemnification
Account Holders agree to indemnify MSCTV from claims or damages arising from misuse of the service.
9. Service Modifications
MSCTV may modify these terms, its services, or fees with notice via email and/or its website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
10. Regulatory & Legal Compliance
This agreement shall comply with applicable Canadian law and regulations, including those of the CRTC. Account Holders must be legal adults to subscribe. For inquiries, complaints, or a copy of our regulatory compliance guidelines, please contact MSCTV Customer Service.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms supersede prior agreements or understandings. If you do not agree with these terms, please contact MSCTV to arrange cancellation and any eligible refunds.
12. Agent Participation & Responsibilities
- Agents must be authorized by MSCTV in writing before reselling the service.
- Agents are responsible for ensuring that their customers also comply with these Terms of Service.
- Agents may not rebrand or modify MSCTV’s service offerings without express written consent.
- Agents must supply accurate and timely customer data for service provisioning, support, and billing purposes.
- Agents are responsible for managing and distributing MSCTV-owned equipment (e.g., STBs) to their customers unless otherwise arranged.
13. Agent Liability & Support
- Agents agree to indemnify MSCTV for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from their customers’ use or misuse of the service.
- MSCTV provides backend technical support to Agents. Agents are expected to provide first-level support to their customers.
14. Agent Revenue, Billing & Termination
- Financial arrangements between MSCTV and Agents are governed by separate agreements.
- MSCTV may terminate any Agent agreement with 30 days’ notice for non-compliance or breach.
- Upon termination, Agents must coordinate the return or deactivation of all MSCTV equipment from their customers and provide closure reporting.
